It undergoes a distinctive aging process, spending an initial nine years in American white oak bourbon casks before being divided, with one half finished in rare and aged Oloroso sherry casks for its final three years. This unique maturation delivers a rich and inviting nose of citrus, chocolate, and spice, with a palate of Seville oranges, dried fruit, and vanilla, all culminating in a long finish of roasted coffee and dark chocolate.
