REFUND POLICY

All sales are final once delivery has been accepted and signed for.

 Should the recipient of an order be not available to receive delivery on the date specified by the purchaser, a $25 re-delivery fee may apply.

Should a shipping address as provided by the sender or customer be undeliverable or otherwise cause a 3rd party carrier to return shipment to us, a refund will be issued less shipping charges. A $25 re-stocking fee may apply.

 Should the recipient of a delivery request cancelation after a delivery attempt has been made to the purchaser’s specified address on the specified date, a $25 re-stocking fee may apply.

Special orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after payment has been processed.

Warehouse Pickup orders not claimed after 30 days from date of purchase are re-stocked, a $25 re-stocking fee may apply.

 

Corked Wine

 No returns/refunds provided unless a wine is corked.  If you suspect the bottle is corked, do not empty the bottle. Return the cork to the partially full bottle and contact us at contact@kakaakowine.com or (808) 779-0142.

 We will arrange to have the bottle picked up and you will receive a full refund or replacement upon inspection and testing of contents.

 Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with the bottle.

 Empty bottles are not eligible for refund or replacement.
