All purchases made on the website are considered PENDING until a Kakaako Wine LLC representative has reviewed the order and CONFIRMED it.
If you are eligible for a discount, the price match guarantee only applies to the discounted price; discounts will not be applied in addition to the price match guarantee. Volumes on price match guarantees are limited to items in stock at the time of sale both at the competing retail outlet and within our inventory.
It is the duty of the purchaser to ensure the following information is correct when submitting a purchase order:
1) Provide complete information including name, address and date of birth;
2) Be over 21 years of age;
3) Select the correct shipping method
4) Use the appropriate promotion code if available; and
5) Provide accurate credit card details
If a purchaser selects the wrong shipping method, the purchase will be REJECTED by Kakaako Wine LLC. If none of the shipping methods apply to you, please contact us at kakaakowine@gmail.com or (808)-779-0142 to see if we can accommodate shipping to your area.
If a purchaser applies a promotion code that he/she is not entitled to, the purchase will be REJECTED. Kakaako Wine LLC does not generally provide discounts as our margins are very small. There may be some very specifically targeted promotions now and again which only apply to those specific targets.
Once an order is CONFIRMED, Kakaako Wine LLC will contact you to schedule a delivery. Please note that an adult over the age of 21 must be present with his/her Government Issued ID at the time of delivery. Products will not be left with minors or at the door unattended. This is a liquor law requirement.
