Threadfin is a neighborhood bistro on Kapahulu that serves wine-friendly global-focused dishes, providing a fresh perspective on the synergy between food and wine. Chef Jason jumped at the opportunity to develop food pairings for a diverse range of Scotches, each offering a distinct expression of Speyside whisky.
Jon, a nationally known authority on Scotch and Mixology, will walk us through each Scotch while elevating our knowledge of The historic Macallan estate, established in 1824.
