Yuzu is a Japanese famous citrus fruit known for its unique flavor that combines the tartness with the sweetness. The infuse of yuzu imparts a bright, tangy and slightly sweet flavor  and strong fragrances to the sake.
We infused Yuzu in the final stage of Ginjo sake fermentation for expect remaining unique flavor and savory taste.
