Hot Toddy. Hot Toddy.  Hot Toddy.  Can you say it without slipping into an Irish Brogue?  You can? Well then have another one of these classic winter cocktails and try try again...

The whiskey is Irish, the Honey is from Georgia and the name "Toddy" has its roots in India.  It appears the art of keeping cozy with a winter cocktail is a shared global experience.   The earliest known reference goes back to the late 1700's so rest assured, we've had ample time to get the recipe perfected.

The Dublin Hot Toddy

• 1 1/2 oz  Bushmill's Ten Year Single Malt Irish Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Savannah Bee Company Orange Blossom Honey 
• 3/4 cup boiling water*
• 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice*
• Sliced lemon wheel*

Pour boiling water over the honey and lemon juice in your glass mug.  Stir until dissolved.  Add Bushmills and stir again. Float the lemon wheel on top and enjoy!
