Conquilla, Catalan for “shell”, is an estate-grown Cava produced in both white and rosé which delivers impeccable, family-farmed quality; an attractive price; and an eye-catching package alluding in playful fashion to its genesis in the sedimentary limestone soils of the Penedès valley west of Barcelona.

" Aromas of dough, baked lemon and fresh herbs. Medium-bodied with ground spice on the palate. A tight mousse with slightly flabby citrus and apple fruit. Tasted from half bottle."
