The perfect libation for those that want to keep the party rolling!  We've added a local twist to our recipe with the inclusion of Koloa Coffee Rum from Kauai instead of a coffee liqueur.  A fun cocktail that is easy to make and even easier to enjoy.

Kauai Cold Brew Martini

• 1 oz  Koloa Coffee Rum from Kauai
• 1 oz  Tito's Vodka
• 1 oz  UCC Black coffee
• 1/4 oz Simple Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and top with ice. Shake vigorously for 5-7 seconds and strain into a stemmed cocktail glass.  Garnish with chocolate shavings, a brandied cherry, or espresso beans.*

• 1 bottle  Tito's Vodka (750ml)
• 1 bottle  UCC Black coffee   (9.74oz)
• 1 bottle  Simple Syrup (375ml)
