The perfect libation for those that want to keep the party rolling!  We do it island style with Koloa Kauai Coffee Rum.  A fun cocktail that is easy to make and even easier to enjoy.

Kauai Coffee Brew Martini

• 1 oz  Koloa Coffee Rum from Kauai
• 1 oz  Tito's Vodka
• 1 oz  UCC Black coffee
• 1/4 oz Simple Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and top with ice. Shake vigorously for 5-7 seconds and strain into a stemmed cocktail glass.  Garnish with chocolate shavings, a brandied cherry, or espresso beans.*
