" Entirely Chardonnay (80% from 2018 and the rest from 2017), the NV Champagne Blanc De Blancs Blanc Absolu Cuvée Brut was vinified in oak barrel without malolactic fermentation. A golden straw hue, it’s ripe with aromas of lemon pith, golden apple, hay, and toasted baguette. Medium to full-bodied, it’s ripe but well-balanced and generous on the palate, with a lively yet rounded mousse and a clean finish. Drink it over the next several years. Disgorged August 2022. 5 grams per liter dosage."
