An ultra-premium riff on the classic Manhattan.  We've gone from good to great with the inclusion of Belle Meade Reserve Bourbon (108 proof!) and luxury premium sweet vermouth, Carpano Antica Formula.

'Cadillac' Manhattan

• 2 oz Henry McKenna Single Barrel Bourbon
• 1 oz Carpano Antica Red Sweet Vermouth 
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters 
• 1 Hotel Starlino Cherry

Stir all liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a coupe or other glass of your choice. Garnish with a Hotel Starlino Cherry on a bar pick or simply dropped into the glass.
