The Margarita's origin is one of many conflicting stories. Was this an easily predicted riff on a Daisy?  Or did a forgetful bartender get distracted and stumble onto accidental greatness?  Was it named for a famous showgirl?   Was this a great wedding present?

The true story may never be known, but what is known is this: the Margarita is arguably the most refreshing cocktail ever.  

Black Hawaiian Sea Salt Margarita

• 2 oz Corazon Blanco Tequila
• 1 oz Cointreau Orange Liqueur
  
• A few dashes Black Hawaiian Sea Salt (garnish)
• 1 oz Fresh lime juice **
  

First, rim one side your serving glass with Black Hawaiian Sea Salt.  Then, add all wet ingredients to a shaker and top with ice. Shake vigorously and dump (no strain) into your pre-rimmed glass.  Garnish with lime wheel* on the rim.   

If you'd like this frozen style, just skip the shaking. Instead, add all wet ingredients to your blender with a healthy amount of ice and blend until smooth.  Serve with a straw and a sunset.
