Omakase IPA is brewed with Citra & Mosaic hops.  A perfect balance of tropical flavors and bright hoppy aroma, and a clean finish.  Our signature Beer Lab Omakase IPA is the culmination of numerous iterations of Hazy IPAs. The name Omakase IPA comes from the same idea of Chef's Choice, in this case it's our Brewer's Choice.
