Frank Family Vineyards, founded in 1992 by former Disney Studios President Rich Frank, is a Napa Valley winery known for its high-quality sparkling and still wines, especially its celebrated Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. The historic stone winery building, originally built in 1884, is the third oldest in Napa and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. While it was a family business for many years, the winery was recently acquired by Treasury Wine Estates, though it maintains its focus on quality and hospitality.

The barrel-fermented 2022 Chardonnay Carneros, is sourced from several vineyards in the AVA. Matured nine months in one-third new French oak, it kicks off with scents of toasted grain, a hint of sweet corn and some peach-like fruit. It's full-bodied and expansive on the palate, with hints of smoky-toasty oak and browned butter on the finish.
