" The pale yet radiant yellow 2021 Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Riesling Spätlese is deep, clear, intense and flinty on the coolish and smoky nose with its elegant but ripe and lush stone fruit and wasabi nut aromas that are spiced with splinters of blue slate. Lush and generous but refined and crystalline on the palate, this is a rich but elegant, fresh, straight and piquant ZSU Spätlese with tropical fruit aromas on the finish. Sweeter than all the other Spätlese and Kabinett Rieslings of the vintage."
