" Poggio al Tesoro's 2020 Bolgheri Rosso Il Seggio makes a great jump forward in quality and intensity with this vintage. Named after the little river Seggio that runs through the estate's vineyards, this is a blend of 50% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Petit Verdot. The wine reveals soft, ripe cherry fruit with lots of plush texturing at the back. The tannins are tame and the wine spreads evenly over the palate."
