" The 2021 Before Anyone Else Clairette is expressive and age-worthy. Matured in 1,200-liter new Hungarian oak, it has scents of yellow apples, acacia, cashews, beeswax and matchstick with savory undertones. The medium-bodied palate is textural and expansive, with highly concentrated, honeyed flavors balanced by a focused spine of acidity. It's stunning now but will gain savory complexity over the next decade in bottle."
