On the palate, the wine unfolds with flavors of black raspberry and spiced plum, complemented by potpourri and spicy rustic mineral tones. This wine will stay food-friendly for years, as it ends with a boozy finish. The wine aged for 22 months in 55% new oak—half French, half American."
