"The 2022 Chiroubles is suave and charming, revealing notes of succulent blackberries mingled with rich Indian spices, amber oil, undergrowth and white petals. Fine-grained tannins add welcomed texture to the medium-bodied, lush, well-concentrated palate that's underpinned by ripe acids, concluding with a refreshingly mordant finish. With such intriguing flavors, it's a wine probably best consumed with its fruit still intact."
