Since 1987, Byington has been a pioneer in winemaking. Blanc de Blancs is a Sparkling Wine from 100% Chardonnay, including dosage, and is crafted by Methode Champenoise. Bright and dazzling in the glass, each sip delivers a celebratory burst of bubbles across the palate. Flavors and aromas of fresh green apple citrus, lychee, and herbal and white pepper spice culminate in a vibrant-yet-rich mouthfeel. This Sparkling is from our ultra premium vineyard in the Pine Mountain-Cloverdale Peak AVA, a sub-AVA of Alexander Valley. A perfect pairing for all of life’s celebrations. Cheers!
