"The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Phase V offers a big, sexy nose of blackberries, blueberries, damp earth, chocolate, espresso, and tobacco. Full-bodied on the palate, it has an almost Graves-like earthiness, a rich, fleshy mouthfeel, plenty of tannins, and a good finish. Give bottles 3-4 years of bottle age and it should evolve for 15-20 years."
