" The 2016 Husic Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is always comprised of a blend of our best parcels and barrels of the vintage. In the fantastic 2016 vintage, these mature vines have served us well. Every year, this wine shows more complexity and depth. Here we have a vibrant, deep, and haunting bouquet of blackberry pie, plum jam, black currant, strawberry, dark chocolate, 5-spice, and rum cake. On the entry, the volume of the wine is outstanding, giving wave after wave of intense flavors, with characteristic fluidity and grace in 2016. Deep, unctuous flavors find immense depth and resonance on the long, sweet finish."
