" A blend that saw plenty of cofermentation, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Ov|Sl comes from two properties, one in Stags Leap and one in Oakville. It’s another incredible wine from this estate that’s in the same league as the 5500 release, yet is much more serious, backward, and structured. Lead pencil shavings, graphite, black cherries, charcoal, and hints of blueberries all flow to a full-bodied, concentrated, tight 2015 that has massive amounts of fruit and extract, yet stays pure, balanced, and seamless. Hide bottles for 4-5 years and enjoy over the following two decades."
