"Ruby red, opens with pretty ripe dark cherries and cranberries that meld seamlessly with underlying wild herbs, dried flowers, spice & tea notes. On the palate, layers of sweet Bing cherries dance across the tongue, while the seamlessly integrated acidity balances nicely with the expansive, bright texture. Medium finish, with fine and noble, silky tannins. Full-bodied and deliciously seductive now; but one would be wise to bet on its future when the roundness gives way to increased nuances. We suggest aging for a least a year to let the wine settle and develop in bottle."
