" Chiquet's NV Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs d'Aÿ is pretty, bursting with scents of apple blossom, crisp orchard fruit, fresh peach and warm bread. Medium-bodied, ample and pillowy, with a charming core of fruit, bright acids and a pinpoint mousse, it's a bright, expressive bottling that I suspect will pick up a bit of additional depth with a year or two on cork."
