 "The 2018 Etna Rosato Poesia is a wine that works very nicely; all its pieces come together like clockwork. It shows a pale pink color with delicate and fragile aromas of wild rose and sour white cherry. Poesia is lean and linear in the mouth and would pair perfectly with shrimp risotto. It's another great job by the Valenti team and another great value."
