" Certified organic and preservative-free (the wine name refers to the no-additions policy regarding this wine), the 2018 Puritan Shiraz is dark purple and fully saturated in color, but floral and aromatic on the nose, offering hints of violets, potpourri and mulberries. It's medium to full-bodied on the palate, supple and elegant in feel, with a lingering finish and some gentle, dusty tannins that approximate cocoa powder in feel. And no, there's no oak used in this wine either. If only all so-called natural wines could be this pure and expressive."
