" From predominantly raisined rather than botrytized grapes, the 2018 Maximin Grünhaus Herrenberg Riesling Kabinett is lush, salty-piquant, quite generous and sweet yet also pure and enormously fresh and salty. Bottled with 8.8 grams per liter of acidity and concentrated fruit, this is terribly young but very promising."
